Customer Review: Died after only FIVE months!
I purchashed my Sharp in September - and it died on New Years Day! It only lasted 5 months! (I hadn't even finished paying for it!) After emailing and calling Sharp - they agreed it was covered under the warranty (Duh! only five months old!!) and forwarded my info to a local repair place. This local place has a rating of "F" with the Better Business Bureau!! There are complaints regarding the quality of this local company's service all over the internet! (The only other place I could choose from was over 600 miles away! Stupid, isn't it??) This place ordered parts without even seeing the TV and actually seemed surprised when those parts (that they eventually showed up with) - (two different parts) didn't work! Now I'm waiting on inverters. Who knows if that will work on my brand new TV. My suggestion - research before you spend your money! Don't buy Sharp!! There are cheaper brands that provide better products and better customer service!!!
Customer Review: Great HDTV plain and simple
Although I wanted a very fancy 120hz 1080p etc etc tv i didnt have the cash for the size i wanted. So I went store shopping and compared how the tv's looked (walmart) and this tv looked the best when standing back comparing them all. I noticed it the second i walked into the electronics section. Its great. Hook ups are great, sound is great. I have only 1 complaint. The factory settings suck. I am a huge gamer. Socom confrontation (ps3) being my number 1 game has color and shadow issues that im still tweeking. I tried the game mode, movie mode, pc mode, all of them are bad. So i just picked game mode and have been tweeking it and i got it to the point where its all but perfect. (i dont mean hours of tweeking maybe 10-15 min tryin to pick the best for all maps) but i love it!! the freeze mode (no clue what i will use it for) is great (unless ur cat steps on it in the middle of a intense fire fight :( lol) ..other then that if u want a good sized tv, for a good price that looks just as good as the more expensive tvs this is it!!!

Nokia fans feast your eyes on Motorola's first "candy bar" style cell phone that is razor-thin weighing just 9 grams which is lighter than the Motorola Razr phone. The name of the new Motorola phone is the "Slvr" ,pronounced "sliver". This cell phone is also referred to as the L6 or L7, and was actually code named "Royal Blade" because it has a sharp razor look and feel without the flip-up cover. A quick side by side comparison shows that the Motorola "Slvr" is slightly longer and wider than a closed Razr phone. It would be pretty easy to forget about this cell phone in your pocket.

It was designed especially for Nokia customers who prefer a razor-thin Cingular phone but have an aversion to the flip style phones. One of the features that makes this cell phone stand apart from the Motorola Razr phones is that it has a built-in MP3 player to play your favorite songs plus a removable TransFlash memory card so you can store your favorite music files. Oddly, it lacks a headphone jack, which is strange because it has an MP3 player. You could however use the USB port for headphones. Some industry experts speculated that "Slver" would be released with a Motorola Bluetooth headset and they were correct. When it comes to both talk time and standby time, this cell phone offers more than the Motorola Razr phone. It is a quad band GSM phone that includes Bluetooth Class 2, Push-to-Talk (PTT), VGA camera, SCREEN3 and a MP3 player.

There has been a lot of talk about Motorola developing another razor phone that will attract traditional Nokia phone buyers and turn them into Motorola cell phone customers. Stay tuned, the Motorola "Sliver" is now available with special online pricing if one purchases a new Cingular service plan.
