Customer Review: Very disappointed at Amazon
The Samsung arrived this morning and was being set up by the guys from CEVA. We then found out during their set-up that screws were missing, there was no remote control, and no power cord!! We turned the box inside out, looked everywhere but we couldn't believe that these things would be missing for a supposedly brand-new TV. And I even took the day off from work to receive this shipment and help do the set-up. I've returned the merchandise for refund (which I hope won't take forever) and will purchase the same TV from a local NYC store today. I found a reputable local store who's selling it at the same price point and I'm picking it up today so as not to waste my day off from work. I'm extremely disappointed at Amazon! After all these years of doing business with Amazon, I'm shocked at this display of very poor quality control over their procurement process! I'd be so afraid of purchasing high-end electronics items from them in the future and probably just limit my Amazon purchases to smaller-ticket items.
Customer Review: defective product....
> the item arrived via ceva (apparently ceva is like fedex/ups but they in addition to handling frieghts the would unpack and install the products! note that you need to call them by tracking thru their webside, and arrange an appointment) > after the ceva/person unpacked and installed the tv and poweredon the initial-welcome sound came for a brief moment; but there was no picture. > at this point it appears some of the tv sets produced by samsung are defective. > ive reported this to amazon via email and call them again; once i have another one, ill share the experience.

What's amazing about the Timex Triathlon Ironman Watch is not only that so many people are using it, (not much of a stretch, given Timex's reputation as a reliable sports watch that works), but who is wearing it.

For the Timex Triathlon Ironman Watch graces the wrists of doctors, celebrities, lawyers and business leaders - even astronauts have been seen donning the famous timepiece...

It may surprise you to know the even former U.S. President Bill Clinton was seen wearing a Timex Ironman to his inauguration.

So why did Bill Clinton choose the Timex Triathlon Ironman Watch over a Patek Philippe or a Rolex?

While the Timex Triathlon Ironman Watch may be relatively inexpensive - a fact proven by it's incredible popularity, the watch has never been considered "cheap."

Timex is seen as a reliable, value-based brand as opposed to a cheap brand and has always had a pretty good reputation demographically.

Nevertheless, President Clinton is not this watch's first presidential appointment. Although the Ironman Triathlon watch was designed to accommodate the needs of hard-core triathletes and runners, it has proven a winner inside the Beltway, most notably on the wrists of the former presidential team of George Bush and Dan Quayle.

Clinton also owned and wore several early models (including the original) during his time as Governor of Arkansas and in the early years of his Presidency. Clinton has donated one of his earlier Ironmans, along with Hillary's inaugural ball gown and Chelsea's ballet slippers, to the Smithsonian Institute.
