Customer Review: A masterpiece!
I bought this TV as an upgrade to a Sharp Aquos 32" and I am extremely pleased with my purchase. First of it has a great design with an extremely thin profile and is lightweight. The picture quality is exceptional with almost perfect deep blacks and saturated vibrant colors. It also has some extra black level controls. The HD channels look amazing even with rabbit ears on a good reception and I suppose I don't need to say anything about how great the Bluray movies look on this set. The preloaded content is great, there are songs, stories and games for kids. It also has step by step recipes with hi-res photographs, fitness programs and slide shows of beautiful scenery and artwork. When you start running the slide show it almost feels like the TV itself is a live picture frame. There are other features such us plugging in and viewing content from a USB device, also it has internet connectivity. There are some things which I didn't like though. Firstly the Auto Motion gives a 3Dish look to the image and it feels like the foreground subjects are floating in front of the backdrops. It can also create stuttery motion with the camera pans which I had noticed while watching a TV series. So I ended up turning the Auto Motion off. And I haven't really noticed any difference with the 120hz when compared to my old 60 hz TV. Although it is depicted like it has a glowy strip of red color(touch of color) in the pictures if you don't backlight the TV, it is barely visible. The audio felt weak at first but with the Surround turned on, it was amplified to a nice level. Not the greatest sound but I guess that is acceptable for such a thin profile TV. The thin profile has some more disadvantages as the inputs on the back are not recessed so you need to keep the TV away from the wall almost double the thickness of itself if you decide to mount it without cutting through the wall. The biggest issue for me was the clouding(light areas over a completely black background) on the screen which most of the people think that this is a common issue among the LCD screens, not just in Samsung. My TV has it slightly at the lower right edge and some on the upper right. Doing a lot of research on the web, I have come to think that it might be caused by the tight screws on the back cause the lower clouding aligns perfectly with a screw hole in the back. I had seen people in forums suggesting loosening the screws but that could void warranty. Some people even claim that there is a break-in period and the clouding might go away but I have been using the TV for about a week now, it is still there. The only solution I had found which seemed to help a bit was to lower the backlight to 0 but you can still see it on the dark scenes of a movie or on the PS3 XMB background if you have a good eye. I would have given a 5 out of 5 if it weren't for this clouding issue.
Customer Review: Review of features, comparisons, pros/cons and gaming mode
I recently owned a Westinghouse 37" HDTV that I purchased 3 years ago and finally decided it was time to upgrade. I looked at all major brands such as Sony, Pioneer, LG, Panasonic and Toshiba. Of all the aforementioned brands, I found Toshiba offered the best features at a sub $1500 price point (10-bit panel, 120 hz etc)and went with it. Unfortunately the Toshiba suffered from severe flashlighting (a term that is used to describe the CCFL light showing from the corners of the television which is usually pronounced during night time viewing) and clouding. Also, the matte screen offered on the Toshiba meant the contrast would not be as good as an ultra clear panel offered by Samsung. I ended up returning the Toshiba for a refund. So I began my search for an HDTV again and this time I went to Best Buy and looked around at different television's and one set that instantly caught my attention was the Samsung LN46A850 - it had vibrant life like colors, deep blacks, and the 120 hz AMP completely blew away what I viewed on the Toshiba. The aesthetics of the Samsung are second-to-none, a thin 1.9" profile and the red TOC is simply beautiful. Although the Samsung caught my eye right away, I wanted to look around at other competing brands so I played with the Sony XBR series, LG and the much revered Pioneer Kuro. Of all those, only the Sony came close to matching the quality of the Samsung. The infamous Kuro did not impress me at all, the plasma picture was far too soft for my liking and the brightness in a well lit room was very lacking. What stopped me from purchasing the LN46A850 from Best Buy was their $2300 price. I shopped around online and was fortunate enough to get a gold box deal from Amazon for $1702 shipped! I received the TV a week later and couldn't be happier! It has uniform lighting (though some people have had issues with clouding), a myriad of options to adjust the picture to one's liking and best of all, the ultra clear panel does not reflect much light even during very sunny days (I live in Florida). The biggest complaint I have about this TV is that the sound could be better, initially it sounds like a tin can out of the box but fortunately it has an EQ feature which lets you adjust it to acceptable levels. As for gaming, many people are weary of input lag and as someone that has played games for more than 2 decades, I have yet to notice it. For those that are sensitive to input lag, the television offers a game mode and HDMI-PC mode that virtually eliminates input lag. The downside to both of the aforementioned modes is that picture adjustment options are greatly reduced and the resulting picture quality is not as good as standard mode. I will reiterate though, as a life long gamer, I don't notice the input lag at all and I think the vast majority of gamers would be hard pressed to see it. Samsung's newer LN46B750 does offer a more robust gaming mode and I wish Samsung would offer a firmware update for all their "older" models such as the A850 to have the same options but I suspect due to marketing, they will never do this. So as a gamer, if you are prone to input lag sensitivity and absolutely must have a television that has little to none, a Sony may be more suitable to your needs or an IPS based HDTV such as a Sharp (keep in mind the Sharp's PQ does not approach a Samsung). Or as I mentioned, the newer LN46B750 may be worth giving a try. Overall, I give this TV an 8/10, it would've received a perfect rating from me if it had better sound and the gaming mode was more flexible.

There was a time when finding a decent wireless router was a big challenge. Just a few years ago, you'd have to go through a few bad routers until you struck gold with a decent one. WRT54G was the most popular networking device back then. It seemed to be the only device that allowed you to install your own firmware (linux), and it performed as expected. Fast forward a few years, and we have the second generation WRT54G . The Linksys Wireless-G Broadband device is really three devices in one box. It's a WAP, which lets you connect both Wireless-G (802.11g at 54Mbps) and Wireless-B (802.11b at 11Mbps) devices to the network. You can also use the built-in 4-port full-duplex 10/100 switch to connect your wired-Ethernet devices together. There are four slots available which you can use to attach hubs and switches to expand your network.

This router is great for creating your own shared network. If you have multiple computers at home, you can share your files among them fast. All your computers can print on a shared printer connected anywhere in the house. And your computers can share all kinds of files--music, digital pictures, and documents. That's much easier than having to transfer files among your PCs using a flash-drive. This device comes with WPA2 connection that protects your data and privacy with up to 256-bit industrial-strength encryption. WRT54G2 can serve as a DHCP Server, has a powerful SPI firewall to protect your PCs against intruders and most known hack attacks, supports VPN pass-through, and can be configured to filter internal users' access to the Internet. You can also put DD-WRT on it if you prefer (make sure you model is compatible).

Overall, WRT54G2 is a cool networking device that allows you to create your own home network fast. And best of all, it won't crash on you like many other networking gadgets on the market.

So you have decided you are going to mount your awesome flat panel TV on the wall. I'm about to help you make your decision a lot easier on where to mount your TV, which mount to go with, and ways for a clean installation.

Where to Mount

First you have to decide where you are going to mount the flat panel display. Do you want it in the center of the room where it only needs to face straight ahead? Above something where the TV will need to point slightly down? Want to be able to turn and rotate the display to face different areas or two adjoined rooms? This will help you decide whether to go with a low profile wall mount, tilting wall mount, or a tilting & swiveling wall mount.

  1. Low profile This type of wall mount will make the TV hang only about an inch from the wall making it look very sleek at both sides of the TV. However, this mount doesn't tilt or swivel. It simply hangs on the wall facing straight like a picture.
  2. Tilting Wall Mount Extends the TV about 2 to 4 inches from the wall. These mounts are designed to tilt from 0 up to 15 degrees up or down. This type of mount is great if you want to hang the TV up high and angle it down towards the seating areas.
  3. Tilting/Swiveling Wall Mount Can extend the TV from about 5 to 20 inches from the wall. These mounts can rotate the TV to the side and tilt up and down. Some are designed to rotate about 60 degrees to the side. These are typically dual armed in design. Others types are capable of panning completely from side to side with a single arm design. Ideal for a corner installation.

You're also going to have to decide where to put the cable/satellite box, DVD player, gaming system, etc in relation to the mounted TV. Some prefer to hide them in a cabinet, on a shelf, or even in a different room or closet (requires quite a bit more work and money)! Which ever you decide is completely up to you. However, make sure there is enough airflow where ever you choose to put your components to prevent overheating.

*Note: Mounting a TV is not for everyone and you're going to need more than one person to complete the task. You need to avoid any areas where you know there is electrical wiring or plumbing. You may want to consult a professional when installing the mount to insure a safe installation.

Will my TV Fit? What Does VESA Mean?

One common concern for people looking to buy a wall mount is whether the mounting holes on their TV will match the wall mount. A vast majority of mounts are VESA compliant. VESA is an industry standard hole pattern that most TV manufacturers have agreed to follow. Check out your TV manual for information on mounting patterns. It should say the exact VESA standard necessary for mounting, or generally state that it is VESA compliant.

To be 100% sure your TV is VESA compliant, you can measure the 4 holes on the back of your TV. Take both a verticle and horizontal measurement. This is considered your VESA standard. For example, VESA 75 x 75 means that your TVs mounting holes are 75mm apart vertically and horizontally.

Maximum weight

Make sure your TV is not too heavy for the mount! Most wall mounts specify the maximum weight supported for your mount to be safely installed.

Clean installation

Since you have decided to mount the TV on the wall in the first place, you're definitely going to want a clean installation. Some choose to hide the wires behind the wall. This is going to require some planning to figure out where the wall is hollow and how it's going to be fed to the components from the TV.

There are also some products available to help you with a clean installation.

  • Hole-cover grommets for holes made for wiring from behind the TV (available for a few dollars each from most hardware stores).
  • HDMI wall plates and Component Video & audio wall plates that will give your home theater a professionally installed look.

Cables

If you decide to feed the cables through the wall, I recommend CL2 rated cables. This will insure safety since CL2 rated cables have a slow burning outer jacket. It will also insure your house meets most fire codes.

Breakdown

Again, installation is not for everyone. There are some risks involved and you may want to hire a professional to do the work. This guide was intended to help in the planning process of buying a mount, where to install it, and ways for a clean install.

If you're wondering where to find the products mentioned in this article check out http://www.CableTrain.com to find the best prices and quality.

I hope you now have a better understanding mounting that beautiful Flat panel TV!

MP3 players have become a vital accessory in our daily lives.

Also called digital audio players, they come in a wide variety of styles, capacities, sizes, and colors. So which is the right one for you?

Hard Drive

These types of devices are the largest as far as size and have the highest capacity of all the portable audio players. They're often quite heavy and have several moveable parts, but they are very versatile.

These larger memory capacity players are great for home use and can be connected to your stereo speakers. It's possible to store entire music collections with thousands of songs on this kind of music device. Examples of hard drive players include the Apple iPod video or Sony Network Walkman NW-HD15.

Micro Hard Drive

While these may have a smaller hard drive and lower in capacity than a hard drive portable music player, they are much lighter and they definitely have more capacity than their smaller flash memory counterparts.

While they are still relatively lightweight, they still contain moveable parts, so any impact exercises, like jogging, may jar internal workings. However, these players are ideal for traveling. It is even possible to purchase an FM Transmitter that fits into your car to allow you to listen to music through your car stereo. Examples of micro hard drive players include the Apple iPod mini or Creative Labs Zen Micro.

Flash Memory

These small, very light MP3 players may have the lowest capacity, but they are amazingly portable. This makes them ideal for use while exercising or jogging.

As there are no moving parts in these small players, they're ideal for sports or active people who don't want the risk of breaking or jolting players. Examples of flash memory music players include mobiBLU Dah 1500i and Apple iPod Nano.

What Other Features Should You Look For?

You'll need to check whether it is compatible with your current computers operating system. This means checking for PC or Mac compatibility before you make your purchase. You might also find that some MP3 players include features, such as voice recorders, FM radios, and even video players.

Customer Review: Just Great - Should sell millions.
I Could not find my tv here or at the Sharp website. It may have been made for the military PX only. I have the 42 inch version of this tv. (LC-42BD80U). Well, I'm just a consumer who has looked at and read reviews on Plasma/LCD TVs for the last 5-6 years before I purchased my first one last year. (Samsung 46 inch 1080p) I don't know alot of spec lingo or jargon. All I know is that this TV is great to own and the price is good. I may have gotten it for a little less do to not having to pay tax at the PX and was given an additional discount for using a PX credit card for the fist time and no intrest for 6 months. I set the TV up and started watching TV within 30-40 minutes. I like the features, pictures and look. The only problem I had until I called Sharp was that my remote did not work when a dvd was in. The movie played fine, but I could not get it to stop, pause, fast foward of anything. 10 minutes on the phone and that problem was hsitory. I read the other reviews before mind and feel that sometimes "what you don't know you won't miss". I feel this will apply to the average buyer. The possitives over rides any negatives. We can find something negative in everthing we buy. You'll have to look hard here.
Customer Review: Very Good Overall Performance - Built in Blu-ray a Plus!
Received this 1080p LCD TV two days ago...this is an initial hands-on review. This is the first line of LCD TVs to contain a built-in Blu-ray DVD player. I needed this because of space limitations and for convenience. This TV extracts the highest resolution from Blu-ray DVDs for an exceptional picture. Conventional DVDs also produce an excellent picture and are upconverted from 480p. So far, I'm pleased. This TV will accept virtually all current video signals up to 1080p + PC input, making it as future proof as any current LCD TV. But there are some caveats. 1. TV Setup: TV is well packaged and protected. The Owners Manual is detailed and understandable. You must attach the base stand to the TV unless you intend to wall hang it. The black lacquer stand attaches easily using phillips screws and a screwdriver provided. All plastic protective coverings stayed on the TV and stand until final placement because black lacquer surfaces and LCD screens attract fingerprints and scratches. The base doesn't swivel or tilt. It is hefty and supports the TV very well. 2. Inputs abound: Seven inputs can handle most sources. They include three HDMI HDCP inputs, an Analog PC input, and various component/S-video/composite combos. Additionally, a USB input (called a Service Terminal) is provided for future firmware updates. I have an HD TiVo with HD Digital Cable service connected via HDMI. The TV and TiVo synched perfectly and the TV automatically labeled this input as TiVo...cool feature. Picture controls are adjustable for each input and maintain their settings. 3. Blu-ray Player (Profile 1.1, upgradeable): The DVD player forms a slight bulge on the rear right of the TV and is not obvious. It has a USB port for memory expansion and an ethernet port for future BD-Live capability. When a DVD is inserted into the loading slot, the TV switches to DVD input, reads the type disc and begins playing. Very easy to use! I tested two Blu-ray DVDs and two conventional DVDs without a hitch. Blu-ray DVDs took just under two minutes to load their data and play. Conventional DVDs took less than a minute. Commercial or homemade music CDs also work, however homemade MP-3 music disks will not play. The DVD player initially makes slight noises as the disk is loading. Once play starts it is silent. If there is a fan, it is very quiet. DVD functionality seems very well integrated into the electronics, remote control, and overall operation of this TV. 4. Limitations of the Blu-ray player: First, audio output to A/V receivers is bitstream via optical output in Dolby Digital 5.1 or 2-channel PCM. Analog 2-channel rca outputs are also provided. None of the next generation audio formats found on Blu-ray DVDs, i.e., Dolby TrueHD, Dolby Digital Plus, DTS-HD Master Audio, can be output. Second, if the player fails I must return the entire TV for service. Third, this is a profile 1.1 player. The owners manual indicates it will be upgradeable to profile 2.0 at a future date. If you can live with these limitations (which I can), then convenience, space savings, and ease of use make this a valuable addition. 5. Performance: Overall excellent picture with Standard and High Definition sources, after some adjustment. Sound is about average for this size TV. Bass and Treble, along with a Surround mode are adjustable. Blu-ray DVDs display exceptional video quality. HD Cable programs are pristine. Normal DVDs look very good. Sound is boosted slightly when playing DVDs and I perceived a very slight improvement in overall dynamics. Out of the box, after some adjustments, this TV exhibits a very slight red push...not a deal breaker. This means reds were somewhat over emphasized in all picture modes. Luckily, the Color Management System allows very detailed adjustment of each of six colors in Hue, Saturation, and Value (brightness). This is in addition to the normal contrast, tint, brightness, and color controls. Additionally, backlight is adjustable (from off to full on) as are video noise reduction controls. I'm sure with the help of my Avia test DVD and some experimenting, I'll be able to tweak the picture to my liking. 6. Summary: I'm very satisfied at this point. Factoring the price of a separate Blu-ray player into the price of a quality 1080p 32inch LCD TV makes this combo a reasonable alternative to separate components in my view. Limitations aside, the convenience of having a well integrated DVD player attached to a TV makes sense for many folks.

As time goes by, people are demanding access to Satellite TV in just about any room of their home. What most people don't know that you are limited in the number of receivers or satellite boxes you can connect per dish.

Most satellite companies such as ExpressVu & Dish Network, you can connect up to two receivers using a single dish. However, satellite companies such as Star Choice and Direc TV have dishes that allow you to connect up to 4 receivers with no additional hardware required.

The question is this? What do you need to connect more than two receivers? All you need is a multi switch. A multi switch allows you to connect 4, 8, 16 receivers. There are two types of multi switches standard definition and high definition type. The Standard definition allows you to watch all your regular channels. However, you cannot watch HDTV channels and most of the ethnic channels. The price is about double from one the standard receiver to the HDTV switch.

Theyre so many manufactures that make these multi switches. At the end, it is not much difference from which manufacture you choose. However, be careful when it comes to which you are installing. For instance a multi switch for ExpressVu doesnt work for Direct TV or Star Choice. However, it works for Dish Network. A Direc TV multi switch works for Star Choice though. Obviously, there are some restrictions according to how old or new is the receiver. Still, this is a good guideline for reference before you start buying a switch for your system.

Play and Record Television Digitally
The WinTV-HVR-850 is a simple-to-use device that brings over-the-air high definition ATSC digital TV as well as analog cable TV directly to your PC desktop or laptop. With the additional included antenna, it can also receive analog TV broadcasts.

More versatile than a DVR, the WinTV-HVR-850 is a pocket-sized device that simply plugs into your PC's USB port. It features a built-in digital ATSC over-the-air TV receiver. If you live in one of the more than 200 cities in the United States that receives ATSC digital TV, you'll have immediate access to as many as 1500 digital TV stations. ATSC digital TV is the over-the-air HDTV standard for North America. ATSC broadcasts range in resolution from standard definition up to the high definition 1080i format. (To check the ATSC digital transmissions in your area, input your zip code at titantv.com.)

A portable digital TV antenna, which can be used to receive digital TV up to 10 miles from an ATSC transmitter, is included with the PVR . If you live in an area where you can't currently receive ATSC digital TV, the WinTV-HVR-850 can still be used to watch and record analog TV from cable TV or a TV antenna. (The WinTV-HVR-850 cannot receive digital cable TV or digital satellite TV.)

Once the WinTV-HVR-850 is connected, you can begin to record your favorite shows in high-quality MPEG-2 directly to your hard disk using the Hauppauge SoftPVR MPEG-2 encoder. Television recordings will typically consume 5 GB of disk space per hour for ATSC high definition, while analog recordings will typically consume 1.5 GB of disk space per hour. You can also use the included WinTV-Scheduler to program your computer to record your favorite analog or digital TV shows for play back at any time.

Compatibility with Microsoft's Windows Media Center means that you can watch TV as well as your recordings with Windows Media Center. The included WinTV application also lets you watch your shows in a window or on full screen.

More about PVR Technology
PVR stands for PC Video Recorder. The WinTV-HVR-850 is a PVR that allows you to play television through your computer and record the broadcasts digitally. PVR doesn't use standard videocassettes; instead, it uses your computer's hard disk to store the broadcasts.

Once you record a television show to your PC's hard drive, you can burn a CD or DVD that will allow you to play the show back on another computer or on your television. With video editing software (not included with the WinTV-HVR-850), you can even edit the shows. This is a great feature if you want to save clips from movies or sitcoms, or keep your favorite player's grand slam or TD kick-off return for posterity.

And just like a typical VCR, the WinTV-HVR-850 offers you several recording options, depending on your play back needs. If you want the highest quality recording for playback through your HDTV, all you need is enough hard drive space to support high-quality recording. By using the lowest recording option, you can use your WinTV-HVR-850, along with an inexpensive video camera, as a low-cost on-site video surveillance system. In fact, the possibilities of how you can take advantage of the WinTV-HVR-850 are endless.

Customer Review: HDTV in a Stick

Customer Review: great product
I ordered this for my wife's Vista laptop and she did the installation - all went well. Works great on our cable.

Digital Versatile Disc (DVD) media format basically stores data with the finest visual and audio qualities. You would not want to purchase your favorite movies at skyrocketing prices and t find out they have been scratched or some data has been lost. DVDs are becoming less expensive, however you cannot take them granted, they can be destroyed. Thats why its good to know there is a method of copying. However, no matter how inexpensive they can be, you still cannot take for granted the loss that will overcome you once they are ruined. Good thing there is a method of producing a safety copy. DVDs called ripping.

It is essential that your computer support the software that will tolerate DVD ripping. To copy a DVD, insert the DVD you want to copy into the drive. Next, start verifying which files and folders you wish to copy. Upon inserting the DVD into the hard drive, a list of the files and folders will appear. It is important to note that the movie is usually placed in the video TS folder. This folder contains other files as well such as the .IFO file and the .VOB file. Customer Review: Great TV but wish I did more research
I have had this tv for about a year and half now and it has never given me any issues. However I bought it on an impulse and regret that as I would have gotten a Samsung instead after doing research albeit after the fact. I have seen Samsungs which definitely produces a truer black than the Sharp. In hindsight, I would have gotten one with a VGA port on it as well. Currently I am enjoying the 2 hdmi ports and the multiple component ports so I have no issues as they accomodate all my media needs perfectly. The virtual surround sound is incredible. It works way better than my previous tv (SONY WEGA). I did not get the extended warranty, and maybe I should have, but if it does go south for me - Samsung is where I am heading!
Customer Review: Sharp Aquos 46" Flat screen
I bought this Flat screen 14 months ago and main board went out. They told me repair was $1400 and were totally rude when I said TV is one year old and should not have bad board unless board was defective to begin with. Cindy Ranes basically told me to eat the TV and was totally useless to talk to on the phone. I would never buy another sharp product as it seems they make expensive throw away flat screens. Go ahead and buy if you want but be prepared to toss in a year or so as they are garbage.

Customer Review: Reliability issues
I purchased this TV a week ago. It arrived on a Friday; I took it out of the packaging and put it on the stand on Saturday; I went through the menus and set it up on Sunday; and Monday the screen wouldn't come on (and hasn't come on since). I opened a service ticket with Samsung with my warranty: they sent a tech out to my house to replace the system board, which had no effect. So I'm now waiting on a replacement DMD board, but they're out of stock, so this may be a while. So it's worked for me for just under two days. Not what I'd consider a sterling record.
Customer Review: WOW
Bought this Samsung HDTV a month ago. This is my first HDTV, so I may not be an expert, but the picture is beyond my wildest hopes. The details are bright, crisp, and first class. You can see everything that you always imagined could be possible with excellent hdtv. Look in the background of any scene and look at the books or dvds on shelves of the actors and you know who the characters are. I have owned big screen tv for over 25 years. Nothing compares to this picture. Just hope it lasts - the bulbs are known to go out quickly. I will follow up in a few months with updates. Make sure you are hooked up to hd cable or hd satellite receiver.

In short the answer is yes. Take for example Toshiba REGZA 37HL67 a 37-inch 720p LCD HDTV that received plenty of good consumer reviews thanks to it's excellent display quality even though it is a mere 720p LCD instead of a full HD (1080p) TV. And it's not just the picture. This TV is easy to setup, the menu navigation is intuitive, the built-in audio is pretty good and the user manual is complete. The price is also very reasonable which is a strong pulling factor for people who just can't justify spending thousands of dollars for an LCD TV.

Another good example is the Toshiba REGZA 42RV530U 42-Inch 1080p LCD HDTV. Curious just how good it is? Take a look at this list of some of it's strong points :

* HD channels and Blu-ray movies look awesome. Great picture for upconverted DVD and SD channels.
* Crisp and clear picture even on default settings. This is a good thing for those of you who don't want to be troubled with the tweaking the settings.
* For those who think the picture quality can be improved this set provide easy setup with plenty of tweaking options.
* Wide range of connections. 4 HDMI, 2 component, 2 composite, 1 S video, 1 VGA and 1 optical audio out.
* Great price! For a 42-inch 1080p HDTV the $1,100 price tag is a steal.
* Good sound quality with sound leveling feature
* Pretty good remote and easy to navigate menus.
* Very useful mute and half-mute feature
* Aesthetically appealing design.
* A very useful game mode.

Does All Toshiba LCD HDTV good?

For this question the answers is obviously no. Just like any other gadgets made by any other manufacturers there are always some bad apples in a barrel of good ones. As for Toshiba the 9HLV87 19-Inch LCD HDTV is clearly one of the bad apples. Crappy picture quality for standard channels, wacky volume settings for the built-in DVD player, immensely difficult menu system and the huge remote control are just some griefs customers discovered from this set.

Conclusion

Not All LCD TV from Toshiba are good a few of them is really a messy product. So, if you want to get yourself a Toshiba HDTV make sure you read the consumer reviews before you make your buying decision. What people think as a good/bad point may not be such a big deal for you. Just remember that your own personal preferences are the most important ones.
